    SIGNIFICANT CASES

    Special legal counsel for Burundi Government in it's negotiations with the private sector on laying Fiber Optic under PPP (Public Private Partnership) agreements with the World Bank found (Backbone system).  Duties comprised of redrafting exercise, negotiations with the private sector (ICT operators), the regulatory board, drafting of memos, legal opinions on various laws including company laws and accompanying regulations.

    Special legal counsel for Société Hoteliere et Touristique du Burundi in drafting a concession contract of the biggest Hotel in Burundi "Source du Nil".
